Toronto, ON (Sports Network) - The Toronto Raptors extended qualifying offers to restricted free-agent guards Jose Calderon and Carlos Delfino on Friday. Calderon posted career-highs of 11.2 points and a team-best 8.3 assists in all 82 regular season games last year. He topped the NBA with a 5.38 assist-to- turnover ratio.
